blogpost

I hate being fat...having a fat paunch....it makes me feel lazy and sluggish all the time...i often find myself patting my paunch and that makes me feel preganat....then i get really freaked, needlessly (do not ask!)....i sleep all the time...i get indigestion...i fart...and feel slobby (slob + sloppy) and bad about myself....but fat is good, remember? it's just bad karma really...having laughed at my mom and made fun of my fat friends all my life...the worst part is that i don't fit into 90% of my clothes now....and the new fab top i bought is MEDIUM!! and i'm only 4'10"...

Then again, i hate having to do anything about being fat...why can't i be fat for chrissake? do i always have to be thin? to please whom, eh?

Also, i grew fat since i switched to veggie food, i swear...and until recently (when i got disgusted of my parents, neighbours and friends telling me i'm fat/poking at my tummy) i was off butter and cream and ghee...now i'm into all three with a vengeance....but i also walked home from uni...

Walking home is a scary thing...a daring enterprise for me to undertake...for this time of the year the heart sinks at the sight of pups you cannot help...funny how puppies and kittens make me sad...

And now i gotta feed the dogs downstairs...caught a cold AGAIN...poco tests and presentations...my life sucks like everyone else's

Do you find it comforting that your life sucks like everyone else's? Does the feeling of anonymously belonging to this community reduce your suffering to any extent?

being fat is no problem as long as one is comfortable in one's own skin. i have never been thin at any point in my life. though that has to do with my build/structure/frame, it is also because of indisciplined (mostly, eating) habits. and that's what disturbs me. like you said, i too feel slobby and end up feeling disgusted.

Also, about you gaining weight after you turned veg is perhaps because you body was used to certain types of nutrients which you are now depriving it of. so it's trying to get all the proteins from other kinds of food that you eat (which obviously does not have as much as meat did) so you end up eating more of whatever you eat to make up for that level.
